There is a small caravan not far from Ibiza town perched on rocks by the edge of the ocean that cook 4 or 5 fish dishes, our favourite being the Sardines. We have been many times but are yet to try another dish as these are so good.
Grilled, by the owners mother, served simply with a waxy potato and onion salad you sit about on plastic tables and chairs drinking house wine and eating bread with oil.
It has become one of our favourite pastimes.
